A: Solid foam fill is polyurethane filling that is poured into tires to prevent puncture and create ballast.

A liquid two-part solution is poured into the tire in a two-part process. When the two parts are combined they expand in the tire forming into a solid foam fill.

Pro 1 Tire Service is pleased to offer you solid foam fill service. This service is done off site due to the curing process of the foam fill. We pick up your tires (dismount) administer the foam fill process, re-deliver the tires and remount. There is a 2 business day turnaround time.
